A Monumental Tribute to Metal Legends**

 

Frontman Rob Halford describes *Eternal Force* as “a testament to the immortality of heavy metal and the souls that built it.” One of the album’s emotional high points is the track **“Iron Horse Requiem”**, a thunderous, gritty tribute to Lemmy Kilmister. The song was recorded with guest vocals from Metallica’s James Hetfield and bass licks recorded using Lemmy’s own custom Rickenbacker, courtesy of the Motörhead estate.

“Lemmy was the embodiment of raw, untamed rock ‘n’ roll,” Halford said in a press release. “This one’s for him — loud, fast, unapologetic.”
