News Report: BREAKING NEWS: Coach Dan Campbell Rules Out Two Lions Top Stars Ahead of Packers Clash Following Heated Disagreement
Amon-Ra St. Brown Sends Warning to Packers’ Xavier McKinney in Response to Dismissive Comments
The Detroit Lions won the NFC North Division last season and are hoping to repeat that feat with an 11-1 record and a potential trip to the Super Bowl in their sights. The Lions’ Amon-Ra St. Brown has been a key part of coach Dan Campbell and offensive coordinator Ben Johnson’s offensive engine this season, but there’s at least one member of the Green Bay Packers who isn’t worried ahead of Thursday’s game between the two teams: Xavier McKinney. The Packers safety made headlines this week when asked about St. Brown, saying, “I ain’t worried about him. We’re not worried about him.” St. Brown, who has 76 catches for 820 yards and touchdowns on the season, sent a warning to the Packers’ rising star on the ‘St. Brown Podcast’ when asked by his brother Equanimeous, himself a former Packer.
“I’m kind of glad if they’re not worried about me. Hopefully I can make some plays. Excited to play him,” Amon-Ra St. Brown said to his brother on the show.
“Are you worried about anybody on the Packers,” Equanimeous St. Brown asked. “Just like he’s not worried, I’m not worried, so, it’s going to be a good one, can’t wait. I’ll see him Thursday so, it’ll be good, it’ll be a good game. “Make sure you tune in,” Amon-Ra St. Brown responded.
